This graph examines the changes in the
non-cash transactions by method of payment such as Debit cards, Cheques and
Credit and charge cards between 1991 and 2007. In 1991 the amount of Cheques
were used for payment been highest about more than 2 billion while Credit, and
charge and Debit cards were less than one billion. Then the rate of Debit cards
rose sharply and reached the highest point at 5 billion dollars in 2007. The
rate of Credit, and charge cards increased step by step until 2003, but the
period from 2003 to 2007 it remained stable.
Whenever, the rate of Cheques goes downward trend and drop under one
billion dollars in 2007. According to this graph, we can predict that the rate
of Debit cards will go upward continuously and Cheques one will go downward
