<=> 4( x^{2} + 4x + 4 + x^{2} - 4 + x^{2} - 4x +4 ) = 12x^{2} - 20x

<=> 4( 3x^{2} + 4 ) = 12x^{2} - 20x

<=> 3x^{2} +4 = 3x^{2} - 5x

<=> - 5x - 4 = 0

<=> x = \frac{-4}{5}

$\Leftrightarrow (x+2-x+2).((x+2)^2+(x+2).(x-2)+(x-2)^2)=12x^2-20x$

$\Leftrightarrow 4.(x^2+4x+4+x^2-4+x^2-4x+4)=12x^2-20x$

$\Leftrightarrow 4.(3x^2+4)=12x^2-20x$

$\Leftrightarrow 12x^2+16-12x^2+20x=0$

$\Leftrightarrow x=\frac{-4}{5}$
